| Once
upon a time there lived 2 men one from Pittsburg and
one from Morocco.
One was very talented as a chef
and the other an entrepreneur in the restaurant business.
Both men had a dream to open what would someday be a
famous New York Deli, where even celebrities in disguise
would somehow make their way in.
One day they decided to take a bus to New York City
to find the perfect place to open their Little NY Deli.
They relaxed on the bus in cushion
seats and took some quiet time to reflect on what was
going to be the fulfillment of the dreams – a
New York Deli of their own.
Well... they both fell asleep and when
they woke up and looked out the window, it was obvious
they were not in New York City! They saw cornfields,
green rolling hills and a bright blue sky. They were
lost! Then
they saw a sign: Welcome to Maryland!
The 2 men looked at each other.
This was a one way ticket. Their New York Deli was lost
and it would never find its way to New York again.
They exchanged their dream of
the best Little NY Deli near New York’s Brooklyn
Bridge, for a famous Little NY Deli near the Chesapeake
Bay.
Apparently they were not lost at
all. The dream is real and they are living happily
ever after in Maryland.
So, if you find yourself in Bel
Air at Breakfast time you will see that talented chef,
Kalid cheerfully shouting "Order Up!".
And you will see that famous restaurateur, Steven
Ross directing you to "Baffo"
the Gourmet Coffee Bar and you may see that celebrity
or two have snuck in line in front of you. Of
course you won't recognize them, as they will be in
disguise. But look closely!
These two talented men have created
a Deli where Dagwood Sandwiches are piled so high they
simply call them "Stacks" and
where Sandwiches and Wraps are referred to as "3
Napkins". Once you experience one
of these sandwiches, the reason for the name will become
obvious.
When ordering Salads & Platters,
in this Deli, your order ticket number will always
be "#01"! No
one is #02 here!
Soups and Chili's are "CR Famous" and
their Grilled Specialties have their own distinct "Zing".
Side Orders? "YO!"
Desserts? "Yes,
Yes, Yes!"
Now you can have this Little NY Deli, "The
Lost Deli"- cater your event!
They will give you a casual approach
to a catered affair. These guys will cater to your
success.
Just ask for Steven. Tell
him you want Kalid to make your event better than anything
New York has to offer!
